Montana Association of Counties Clean Renewable Energy Bonds Conference
The Montana Association of Counties (MACo), the MSU Local Government Center, and MSU Extension hosted a Clean Renewable Energy Bonds (CREB) Conference in Helena on June 28, 2007. The purpose of the conference was to provide Montana County Commissioners with an overview of wind development including the steps, costs, and timelines associated with typical wind development projects. Further, the sponsors wished to provide information regarding the financial due diligence and bond underwriting/counsel associated with issuing a Clean Renewable Energy Bond (CREB).
