General Principles:

The FCS and Youth Evaluation System is designed to:

  • Assess only the selected eight life skills and selected content
  • Measure outcomes of programs with six or more contact hours with the same audience
  • Accept data from the outcome indicators listed on this Web site. (Use outcome indicators as written)

For a successful evaluation, make sure that you:

  • Use the permission statement at the top of the evaluation form as it's written
  • Administer the evaluation face-to-face at the end of your program
  • Assess program participants only, not observers of participants, such as parents of youth who participated
