ENTER EVALUATION DATA

- Number
the evaluation forms beginning with #1, after you've collected
all your data.
- Click
on Enter Evaluation System.
Log into the system. Click Enter Evaluation Data. A form
will appear asking for some information about your program.
After completing the form, click on Save.
- Enter
data for each evaluation form
on the blank form where your evaluation outcome indicators are
listed. Then, enter marked response into the appropriate box.
- Click
on Save, after you're done. A new blank entry form
will appear.
- Select
another menu item or leave the Web site,
when you're done with your last entry.
